Built for the practices you serve
Tax, accounting and payroll practices receive work in many forms: emails, public-authority notices, PDF invoices, photographs, Facturae and Excel files.
Asernia reads what arrives, proposes the client, routes the work, checks invoices, calculates deadlines and drafts the reply. A person confirms and approves. Approved entries can be exported in a file for each company, ready for the practice to import into its accounting software.
It doesn't replace your practice software. It is the front desk that feeds it.
The relationship remains yours
The client relationship, billing and first point of contact remain with you in either partnership model.
Associated partner
Offer Asernia alongside your accounting software as an associated partner. Asernia prepares the incoming work; the practice continues to use its accounting software.
White label
Offer Asernia under your own brand through a white-label arrangement. The scope is agreed case by case.
A panel for usage, with a firm boundary on content
Your partner panel shows the practices and their usage, in cents. You can see consumption without access to the documents, emails or their contents. The server enforces that boundary.
Each practice's data is isolated at database level.
Hosted and maintained by us
We host and maintain Asernia in the EU. Your team does not need to develop anything.
If the main AI provider fails, another takes over. A monthly AI usage cap applies to each practice. At the cap, analysis stops and Asernia makes that clear.
Prepared for review
A person approves at every step. The AI proposes and the rules check. The log records confirmations, approvals and exports, with who acted, when and what changed.
Figures, dates and rules have their source in view. When Asernia cannot know, it says so.

Asernia runs today in Spain, using Spanish regulations and document formats, and is in the pilot stage.
For another country, we work with a partner in that market to adapt the rules, formats and language. The product shown on this site is the Spanish version.
